Job Description - Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. This is a part-time, entry-level position with zero years of experience required. The ideal candidate will be independent, resourceful, and possess strong project management and planning skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and escalations via phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products and services. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. 4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Contribute to the development of customer support processes and procedures. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers. 7. Assist in analyzing customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 3. Knowledge of project management principles. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
