Customer Support Assistant

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Zomato in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. As a part-time employee at the Associate Level, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assisting with special projects and tasks, as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making and strategic planning abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
