Job Description:
IBM India is seeking a Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level professionals who are hardworking, adaptable, and eager to learn. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight in every interaction.
