Job Description - Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


Khatabook is seeking a part-time Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Associate Level Customer Support Assistant with 4 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and support for our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide product information, resolve complaints, and offer solutions to customer problems. 3. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels. 6. Assist in developing customer service policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience. 7. Proactively seek out opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.


Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a Customer Support Assistant or similar role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Emotional intelligence and empathy towards customer needs. 5. Ability to work independently and demonstrate resourcefulness. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 7. A driven attitude towards achieving customer satisfaction and success.
