Job Description:
BYJU'S is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about our products and services - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Processing orders, refunds, and exchanges - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
