Job Description:

Paytm is looking for a Customer Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist customers

Requirements: - Hardworking and dedicated individual - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
