Job Description:

Dell Technologies India is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to work remotely from home in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department. 3. Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and warranty claims. 4. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. 5. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Motivated and resilient individual who thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment. 2. Excellent planning and negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries effectively. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
