Remote Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team at Urban Ladder in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As a part-time entry-level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers. This role is perfect for someone who is energetic, independent, and possesses great persuasion and communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution. 3. Process returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies. 4. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 4. Strong persuasion skills to effectively assist customers. 5. Comfortable with using technology and learning new software. 6. Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
