Job Description:
Toppr, a leading education technology company, is seeking a Remote Customer Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Delhi, India. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely manner. 3. Providing product information and assisting customers with navigating our platform. 4. Collaborating with other team members to improve customer experience and processes. 5. Updating customer information in the database and maintaining accurate records. 6. Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on company products and procedures. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience. 2. Independent and adaptable personality traits. 3. Strong time management and attention to detail skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 6. Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
