Job Description:
Zerodha, a leading financial services company, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Support Associate to join their team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' concerns and inquiries - Assist customers with account setup, trading platform navigation, and other related queries - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs - Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues - Document and report customer feedback to the appropriate departments
