Remote Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

Khatabook is seeking a Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team in Delhi, IN. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, passionate, and have a strong desire to deliver excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely manner. 2. Assisting customers with any technical issues they may encounter while using our platform. 3. Providing product information and guidance to customers. 4. Troubleshooting customer problems and providing solutions. 5. Collaborating with the sales team to address customer concerns and escalations. 6. Maintaining accurate and updated customer records in our database. 7. Participating in team meetings and training sessions to improve customer support skills.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools. 5. Motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional service. 6. Strong people management and presentation skills. 7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
