Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

Cult.fit is seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Support Associate to join our team in Delhi, IN. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services. 2. Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner. 3. Assist customers with booking appointments and scheduling classes. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote new products and services. 5. Track customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement. 6. Contribute to the development and implementation of customer support strategies. 7. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Creative problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
