Job Description:

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories is seeking a Customer Support Associate to work from home in Kolkata, West Bengal. This part-time entry-level position requires no prior experience. We are looking for individuals who are confident, reliable, possess excellent project management skills, and have the ability to persuade customers effectively.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Handle incoming customer service inquiries and escalate issues as needed. 4. Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times.

Requirements: 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficiency in using computer applications and software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home.
