Job Description:
Dream11 is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a work from home position based in Delhi, India. As an Associate Level Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our users through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns effectively - Stay up-to-date on product features and updates to provide accurate information to customers - Assist in developing and improving customer support processes and procedures - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
