Job Description:

Cred is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Associate to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Collaborate with other team members to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction - Utilize problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to customer problems - Meet or exceed established customer service metrics and goals - Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong teamwork and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home - High-speed internet connection - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
