Job Description:
Housejoy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives and ensuring high-quality service delivery to our customers. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support management.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance and identify areas for improvement. 4. Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 6+ years of experience in customer support management. 3. Driven and resourceful personality traits. 4. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 6. Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer support services. 7. Knowledge of customer support software and tools. 8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
