Job Description - Remote Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Dr. Reddy's Laboratories is seeking a Remote Customer Support Manager to join our team in Delhi, India. This is a part-time position at the mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident, resilient, and possess strong communication and innovation skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer support representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor customer support metrics and KPIs to ensure team performance goals are met - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide feedback for product improvement - Train and onboard new team members to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries effectively - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve processes


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Proven track record of successfully managing a customer support team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in remote team management tools and software
