Job Description:
Microsoft India is seeking a Remote Customer Support Manager to join our dynamic team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, the Remote Customer Support Manager will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer support roles, with a strong track record of success.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer support representatives - Develop and implement customer support strategies to ensure client satisfaction - Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching and feedback to team members - Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer support processes - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support
Requirements: - Energetic and motivated personality - Strong negotiation and critical thinking skills - Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer support roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
