Job Description - Remote Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Samsung India, a leading technology company, is seeking a Remote Customer Support Manager to join their team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. This part-time position is ideal for someone with mid-to-senior level experience in customer support, with at least 7 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote customer support agents, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. 2. Monitor customer support tickets, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 3. Analyze customer support data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with colleagues from around the world to provide excellent customer service and foster a global village mentality. 5. Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. 6. Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all customer interactions. 7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to customer support.


Requirements: 1. Motivated and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Prior experience managing remote teams preferred. 5. Proficiency in customer support software and tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 7.
