Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Policybazaar is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Oversee a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, feedback, and training as needed - Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective customer support operations - Monitor and analyze customer interactions to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Handle escalated customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Proven experience in customer support or a similar role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Adaptable and resourceful mindset - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
