Job Description:
As a Customer Support Manager at Meesho, located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer support team and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in managing customer inquiries, resolving escalations, and implementing strategies to improve the overall customer experience. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage the customer support team, providing guidance and support to team members. 2. Monitor and track customer inquiries, escalations, and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 3. Develop and implement customer support strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. 4. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 6. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency. 7. Provide regular reports and updates on customer support metrics and performance to senior management.
Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Reliable and energetic with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 5. Strong presentation and decision-making skills. 6. Experience with CRM software and customer support tools. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
