Job Description:
Pine Labs is seeking a motivated and confident Customer Support Officer to join our team in Delhi, IN. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients and customers.
Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat - Provide product information and guidance to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Conduct research to resolve customer inquiries and concerns - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field - Motivated and confident personality traits - Strong research skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
