Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

AgroStar is seeking a part-time Customer Support Officer to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The Customer Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to the appropriate department. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and improve the overall customer experience. 5. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and driven individual who is dedicated to providing top-notch customer support. 2. Excellent time management and project management skills. 3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and customer service software. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
