Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Support Officer at Google India in Delhi, IN. As an Associate Level Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in order to exceed their expectations and deliver delight.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 3. Providing product information and technical support to customers. 4. Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Developing strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. 7. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and making recommendations to management.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Adaptability and resourcefulness in dealing with a variety of customer situations. 3. Strong soft skills including innovation and leadership. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
