Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively - Perform data entry and maintain customer records accurately - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
