Job Description:
Zomato is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Support Officer to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This is a part-time, remote position at the Associate Level, with a requirement of at least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Your main objective will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. 2. Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding our products and services. 3. Work closely with other team members to address complex customer problems and find effective solutions. 4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify and report any trends or recurring issues to the management team for further action. 6. Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in customer support processes. 7. Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools. 6. High level of empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns. 7. Flexibility to work part-time hours and handle a flexible schedule. 8. Ability to adapt to change and learn new processes quickly.
