Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Larsen & Toubro is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Delhi, IN. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but candidates should be driven and resourceful individuals who possess strong project management skills and excel in a team environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and technical issues regarding our products and services. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or related field is preferred but not required. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient demeanor. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work well within a team and independently.
