Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

Hilton is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who are hardworking and energetic, looking to gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, providing excellent customer service and support - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Assist customers with booking reservations, processing payments, and providing information about our hotel services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Stay informed about hotel policies, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers - Uphold the Hilton brand standards and values in all customer interactions - Inject a sense of joy and vibrancy into the work environment

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong presentation and leadership abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism - Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn - Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays - High school diploma or equivalent required
