Remote Customer Support Representative

At Maruti Suzuki India Limited, we are seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a part-time Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support and possess the personality traits of resilience and passion.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to Maruti Suzuki customers 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes and procedures 7. Stay up-to-date on Maruti Suzuki products and services to provide accurate information to customers 8. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets set by the company

Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in customer support or a related field 2. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset 3. Ability to work independently in a remote environment 4. Resilient personality with a passion for providing excellent customer service 5. Innovative thinking and a willingness to research and learn new information 6. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
