Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team at Goibibo in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As a part-time Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while representing our company in a professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy. 3. Provide accurate information about our products and services. 4. Process orders and returns according to company policies. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. 6. Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the company's values in all interactions with customers. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our services.
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Hardworking and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. 6. Leadership skills and the ability to work independently. 7. Strategic planning skills to anticipate customer needs and provide solutions. 8. Ability to work remotely and maintain productivity. 9. Proficiency in using customer service software and technology.
