Remote Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

Xiaomi India is looking for a highly motivated Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a part-time Associate Level role, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support and be energetic and independent.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat 2. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely and accurate solutions 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution 4. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies 7. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction 8. Participate in training and development opportunities

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field 2. Energetic and independent personality traits 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 4. Strategic planning and innovation soft skills 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software 7. Experience working in a remote environment is preferred 8. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is a plus
