Moglix is seeking a reliable and dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support roles.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints - Manage customer accounts, orders, and returns accurately and efficiently - Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Meet and exceed customer service goals and key performance indicators
Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and cooperation abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Previous experience in a customer support role is required - Reliable and dedicated work ethic
