Job Description:
Dr. Reddy's Laboratories is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work remotely from your home in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN, providing support to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and possess the personality traits of adaptability and drive.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers. 3. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and resolving complaints. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 6. Update customer records in the company database accurately and efficiently. 7. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer support processes.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to different situations. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
