Customer Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Dunzo is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Customer Support Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As an Associate Level representative, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Assist customers with order tracking, product information, and other inquiries. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolutions to ensure a positive customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer support processes and procedures. 7. Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and resourceful personality traits. 2. Strong project management skills. 3. Ability to think creatively and innovate solutions for customer issues. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in using customer support tools and software. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Fluency in English and any other local languages is a plus.
