Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


Bharti Airtel is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Associate level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles. The ideal candidate will be driven and confident, with strong people management and project management skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns. 4. Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in customer support operations. 6. Assist in training and mentoring junior customer support team members. 7. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support roles. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work flexible hours as needed. 7. Driven and confident personality traits. 8. Strong people management and project management skills.
