Job Description - Remote Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Wipro in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. This is a part-time position with an entry-level seniority level, requiring at least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field. As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and support to customers - Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets - Adhere to company policies and procedures


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Adaptable and confident personality traits - Strong planning and attention to detail skills - Previous experience in customer support or a related field - High school diploma or equivalent
