Job Description - Remote Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


Vedanta Resources Limited is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support roles. As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate assistance to customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking help, guidance, or information about our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy - Provide product information and troubleshooting support - Document customer interactions and feedback - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer support roles - Hardworking and driven personality traits - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Cooperation and presentation soft skills - Proficient in using customer support software and tools - Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
