Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Cars24 in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at people management.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat - Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and after-sales support - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates - Offer feedback and suggestions for process improvements

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Proficient in using customer support software and tools - High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in English and any additional languages is a plus
