Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


Infosys is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As an Associate level role with a minimum of 4 years of experience, the ideal candidate will possess a high level of energy and drive to effectively support our customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. 3. Analyze customer needs and provide solutions or recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other internal teams to resolve complex customer issues. 5. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. 6. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 7. Assist in training new support team members and providing guidance as needed.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of customer support experience. 2. Energetic and driven personality with a positive attitude. 3. Strong leadership and analytical skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 7. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction metrics. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
