Job Description - Remote Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


Zoho Corporation is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in customer support. As an Associate Level Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department. 3. Providing product information and technical support to customers. 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborating with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction. 6. Staying informed about product updates and changes to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Following company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. Adaptable and independent with the ability to work remotely. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to make informed decisions. 3. Experience in customer support or a related field. 4. Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
