Remote Customer Support Specialist

Job Description: Tata Steel is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will be energetic, independent, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner - Providing technical support and troubleshooting for customer inquiries - Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer needs - Continuously improving processes to enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other customer support tools
