Customer Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description: We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Tata Steel, based in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from home. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions - Process customer orders and ensure accurate delivery - Monitor customer accounts and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets - Provide timely follow-up and resolution to customer issues

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Resilient and able to handle difficult customers with professionalism - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers - Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - No prior experience required, as full training will be provided
