Job Description:

CarDekho is seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Support Specialist to work remotely from home in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Educate customers on our products and services to promote customer retention and upsell opportunities. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and resolve complex issues. 6. Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction. 7. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. 4. Persuasive and able to influence customers effectively. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. 6. Proficient in using customer support software and tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
