Customer Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Icertis. This position is a part-time, work-from-home opportunity based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. As an Associate level specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions via email, phone, or chat - Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally - Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Document and update customer interactions in our CRM system - Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes - Assist in creating training materials for new customer support team members

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Hardworking and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to present information clearly - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
