Job Description:

Moglix, a leading e-commerce platform in the industrial goods sector, is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support and possess a high level of energy and drive to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution. 6. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong planning and time management skills. 4. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members. 5. Energetic and driven personality traits.
