Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a driven and resilient Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Quikr. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Associate Level Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 3. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers and provide persuasive recommendations. 6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote team. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools. 6. Cooperation skills to work effectively with team members and other departments. 7. Persuasion skills to successfully upsell products or services to customers.
