Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to work remotely from Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently. 3. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further resolution. 7. Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Hardworking and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills. 3. Strong time management and decision-making skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required. 7. Must have a quiet and professional workspace at home with reliable internet access.
