Remote Live Chat Assistant

**Job Description**

Snapdeal is seeking a part-time Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Remote Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to Snapdeal customers through live chat.

**Responsibilities:**

- Interact with customers in real-time through live chat to assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members to identify trends and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries - Track and report customer feedback and inquiries to management for ongoing improvement - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent customer service delivery

**Requirements:**

- 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and adaptable personality traits - Strong teamwork and innovation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
