Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

HCL Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our online chat platform. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner through live chat - Providing product information, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering solutions to customer concerns - Proactively engaging with customers to promote products and services - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer experience - Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
