Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Paytm is seeking a confident and reliable Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role and possess strong leadership and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat support 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 5. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management 7. Uphold company values and policies in all interactions with customers

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role 2. Confidence and reliability in handling customer inquiries and issues 3. Strong leadership and critical thinking skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment 6. Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools 7. High school diploma or equivalent
